Founded in 2012, Nordcrunch SIA (formerly Milzu!) develops snacks and cereal products, focusing on organic ingredients, soil-friendly crop cultures and innovative recipes. This year, the company has substantially invested in improving it’s manufacturing operations, and renewed it's entire product line.

Nordcrunch focused on healthier alternatives to traditional products in the snacks and breakfast cereals segments. Locally sourced, health- and soil-friendly ingredients — mainly rye, oats and peas — provide superior nutritional benefits and diverse flavors that set Nordcrunch products apart from the mainstream offerings. A particular focus is protein-enriched products to offer more balanced nutrition.

At Nordcrunch, sustainability is at the core of it's operations. Nordcrunch manufacturing is using 100% solar energy, supported by our state-of-the-art solar panel system. Over the past year, Nordcrunch manufacturing facilities underwent extensive renovations and production line upgrades, designed to enhance efficiency and product quality. In 2023, Nordcrunch obtained the FSSC 22000 certification, underscoring it's dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
